OldSchool launches first live online lectures for the Seniors University of Zurich
On the 22nd September OldSchool successfully launched the first live online lecture for the Seniors University of Zurich. Over 110 seniors joined on Zoom and over 30 watched the live stream lecture about agriculture and climate change, with a Q&A session at the end.
On the 24th September Seniors University of Zürich celebrated its 35 anniversary with a live online event, and prof. Mike Martin (President of the Senior Citizens University UZH3), prof. Gabriele Siegert (Deputy President and Vice President Education and Student Affairs, Director Center for Lifelong Learning), prof. Sarah Springman (Rector of ETH Zurich), Prof. Pasqualina Perrig-Chiello (President U3 (Swiss Association of Senior Universities) and President of the Seniors University Bern) and other distinguished guests commemorated the occasion.
Live lectures will continue every week for the rest of the semester.
